Cedar to Surf RVs Campground and Cabins

About us

The Campground

Welcome to Cedar to Surf Campground, our peaceful, family-run camp on the edge of the Pacific Northwest coast. We’re tucked between Willapa Bay and the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by that classic mix of salty air, tall evergreens, and wide-open beaches that make this part of Washington so special. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a couples’ weekend, a group trip, or a quiet solo escape, our goal is to give you a clean, safe, genuinely welcoming place to unwind. With private beach access through the dunes, you’re just a short walk from fishing, clam digging, beachcombing, or simply sitting with your toes in the sand.

In the past few years, we’ve put a lot of energy into upgrading the campground so guests can enjoy the coast as comfortably as possible. All RV sites now have fully updated power and access to high speed WiFi. Our glamping cottages were remodeled from top to bottom to blend charm with comfort, and our new game field has become a go-to gathering spot for families and friends. We do our best to take care of the local ecosystem, preserving the native plants and coastal habitat while keeping the campground neat and walkable, and we love sharing the space with the wildlife that calls it home.

As a family-run park, we put a lot of heart into making sure people feel at home here. Many guests return year after year, often bringing new friends or starting annual traditions around fishing weekends, clam tides, or family reunions. Our goal is to keep improving based on what our campers tell us they love, and we always have more upgrades on the way. We’d love to welcome you to Cedar to Surf and share the simple, memorable charm of camping on the Washington coast.

Escape to the Coast. Stay Among the Cedars.

Come experience what it means to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the beauty of Washington’s coast — from the cedars to the surf.

About Us

Sylvana and J.R. have always felt most at home outdoors. a love that started early thanks to their dads. Sylvana grew up exploring Yosemite National Park, learning to appreciate big granite walls, tall pines, and the quiet magic of the Sierra wilderness. J.R.’s childhood was spent roaming the Rockies in Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado, where alpine lakes, big meadows, and wide-open spaces shaped his love of wild places. Those early adventures stayed with them, eventually turning into a shared dream of owning a campground – a dream they finally brought to life in 2020.

They moved to the Pacific Northwest from Wyoming in 2013 and quickly realized they’d found their place. The rugged coastline, evergreen forests, and laid-back rhythm of coastal living made it feel like home almost immediately. Now they couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

They’re usually out on the grounds with their dog, keeping an eye on the little details that make the campground welcoming and well cared for. You might also spot them in the office with their three cats, who love to “supervise.” If you see them around during your stay, don’t hesitate to say hello.
